What is Music for you?

Music has a way of slithering into people's lives, it's created to add melody to words and express feelings better .On this National World Music Day, let's all take a moment to realize how much music has overwhelmed us.

Over the decades music has been evolved and became superior. All of us are so much connected with music. May it be our free time or we are worn out ,music is the one thing which soothes our soul and calms our inner self.

Music pours out of jukeboxes, pulses through earbuds, roars through walls of speakers at concerts, and drifts out of bars, restaurants, and clubs, beckoning those on the street to join the party. The undeniable human attraction to music will never change—it has always made us dance, laugh, cry, and smile—but the sounds, formats, trends, genres, technologies, and instruments involved are always in a state of flux. There are so many categories of music: Rock, classical, folk, jazz, pop etc.; Each category having their own forte. We can surely describe the works of Hari Prasad Chaurasia (Flute) ,Zakir Hussain (Tabla), Bismillah khan (Shehnai) and Brij Bhushan Kabra (Guitar) as their "magnum opus".  As someone from the Gen-Z group, we are more hooked on songs sung by Arijit Singh, Jubin Nautiyal, Taylor Swift, Alan Walker as well as bands groups like One Direction, BTS, Backstreet Boys and many more. All these people have continued to entertain and delightfully captivate us with their music. Even in this pandemic time, music plays the significant role in inducing productivity, de-stress.

Eloquently, music exerts a powerful influence on human beings. It can boost memory, build task endurance ,lighten your mood ,reduce  anxiety, improve your response to pain, inspire you & help you work out more effectively.

As I speak, it reminds me of Alan walker, when he said

"Let the darkness lead us into the light

Let our dreams get lost, feel the temperature rise

Baby, tell me one more beautiful lie

One touch & I ignite"

we all felt literal chills down our spine.

So, on this very special occasion, let's give a shout out to all those who make music and love music.
